Shipping and Payment
Shipping
The certified translations you ordered will be sent to you at the latest after the specified processing time. You may choose between tw shipping methods and select the most convenient on for you.
Postal delivery
Your ordered certified translations will be delivered to you as priority mail in an boardback envelope (A4) by the Deautsche Post. This ensures that the certified translation will not only reach you quickly ans safely, but will also have a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment.
Email delivery
If your document includes the option to be delivered electronically signed, we will send you the certified translation as a PDF file with a qualified electronic signature.
Payment methods
You can currently pay for your certified translation by bank transfer and Paypal.
PayPal also offers the option to pay by card and direct eben – even without a PayPal account.
Only after receiving your payment, we will mail your certified translation. If you are in a hurry and have booked the express translation option, we recommend that you pay with PayPal.
