The Naturalization Assurance is the certificate in which the German state guarantees the granting of naturalization (Einbürgerungszusicherung) to a citizen of a foreign country. You will need the certified translation of the Naturalization Assurance into Spanish to request the renunciation of your previous nationality at the consulate of your country of origin.
We offer the certified translation of the Einbürgerungszusicherung for all legal purposes.
We have different options depending on the destination of the certified translation of your German naturalization certificate.
Since our translators are also sworn in Spain, we can stamp the translation of your naturalization assurance directly for Spain. The certified translation will thus be recognized in Spain and, of course, by the Spanish consulate in Germany. This saves time and money.
If the translation is intended for another Spanish-speaking country, we use our German certification stamp, and the translation may need to be further certified to be recognized abroad.
Please specify the country for which you need the translation. If the order does not contain any indication, we will deliver the translation with the German stamp.
You can order the legalization of the translation at the same time, so you will receive the translation ready for most countries. If you are from Cuba or the Dominican Republic, the translation may need to be subsequently legalized by the competent authorities of these countries. Contact us if we can also help you with this.
To prove the authenticity of the naturalization assurance abroad, it must be apostilled or legalized in Germany. With our Apostille service, we support you if your Einbürgerungszusicherung is not yet apostilled.
It may also be necessary to translate the apostille. Please inquire about this beforehand at the office where you need to submit the translation (usually the embassy or consulate of your country of origin). You can order the certified translation of the German apostille at the same time. Simply select the product “German Apostille-Spanish” in the shop.
The processing time is a maximum of 4 business days from the time of order.
